For me, working at MCT means teamwork, clear processes and a secure job with a future. As an order picker, I make sure that orders go out on time and correctly. Every day is different – sometimes I work in incoming goods, sometimes I prepare shipments for Amazon. That makes it varied. What I particularly like is that everyone counts here. We help each other and pull together. The working conditions are fair and there are clear structures – that provides security and motivation.

Navina Brendle-Ritzal
During her dual studies, Navina gains practical experience in all of our divisions and combines this with in-depth theoretical knowledge from the university. She is actively involved in day-to-day business and projects, gets to know operational processes and is specifically prepared for responsible tasks within the company.
Nicole Faul
As a long-standing member of the Eisen-Fischer Group, Nicole is responsible for the holistic management of order and returns processes at MCT. She and her team work with passion and dedication to ensure an excellent customer experience, increase operational efficiency and minimize cost drivers in the returns process.
Daniel Fischer
Daniel has been part of MCT since 2012 – from the very beginning. He was instrumental in setting up the Amazon collaboration, knows the challenges in detail and has helped to develop central processes and structures. Today, as one of the leading figures in supplier support, he looks after numerous well-known partners.
